Bath and North East Somerset Council

Bath and North East Somerset is the district of the unitary authority of Bath and North East Somerset Council that was created on 1 April 1996 following the abolition of the county of Avon. It is part of the ceremonial county of Somerset.

For many years Soltech IT have worked with Bath and North East Somerset (BANES) council on varying projects, whilst also supplying IT equipment to numerous divisions within the council. 

As the county's leading curriculum ICT support provider for schools and colleges, we also work extremely closely with the councils educational IT support division and regularly carry out complex multi server migration projects at hub schools and other educational establishments.
