The role will entail the following duties
- Fitting large interactive screens such as BenQ, Viewsonic, SMART, Promethean Clevertouch, CTouch, Optoma etc
- Fitting of projection systems with audio
- Data cabling – Cat 5e and Cat 6
- Door entry system installations
- CCTV installation
What you’ll need:
- Cabling experience or willing to learn
- Confident in the use of power and hand tools (drills, screwdrivers etc)
- Capable of working on ladders and scaffold
- Full clean driving licence would be advantageous
- CSCS (Construction Skills Certificate) would be advantageous
- Elevated Work Platform / Scissor Lift certification would be advantageous
Additional info:
- Early starts and occasional late finishes may be required.
- As would occasional weekend work (overtime paid)
- There may also be the requirement for overnight stays on extremely rare occasions so some flexibility is required

The successful candidate will be comfortable in providing generalised 2nd/3rd line IT support to either a business or education focused client base.
SharePoint experience is essential. Skillsets should include:
- Experienced in SharePoint Server administration including setup, custom deployment, migration and troubleshooting
- Web Front End (WFE)
- Ability to create and own sub-sites,
- Create lists, blogs, Wiki's etc
- Design and configure site features in SharePoint
- Site level policy creation
- Create page layouts, solutions and templates

We are seeking to recruit a Finance Assistant who will provide administrative assistance directly to our Finance Manager to meet the financial obligations and objectives of the business.
Key responsibilities will include assiting in the following finance functions:
- Check and scrutinise invoices for accuracy
- Monitor and maintain staff mileage
- Establish and maintain manual and electronic filing systems as required
- Maintain and invoice £1m+ of monthly, quarterly and annual contract income.
- Raising and checking high volumes of purchase invoices, and inputting into Quickbooks
- Process Sales Order Documention (SOD)
to invoice. - Follow up on invoices, ensuring payments are collected
- Prepare weekly payment runs for approval
- Posting, checking and reconciliation of staff expense claims
- Reconcile any discrepancies or errors identified by communicating with employees and/or clients
- Suggest changes or improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency, and cost reductions
- Provide ad-hoc support for the Finance Manger and Directors as required
- Deputise as required
