Richard is a vastly experienced educational IT support specialist having previously worked for South Devon College, Stoke Damerel Community College and ACE Schools Trust where Richard held the position of IT Systems Administrator.

 Educated at Plymouth University, Richard holds diploma's in Computer and Information Systems and Information Assurance.

Luke Bowden is our Schools Engineering Manager and one of the most experienced members of the Soltech IT team, having been with the company since 2017.. 

Luke specialises in supporting educational environments, managing our team of school engineers, and ensuring the effective delivery of services across our school portfolio. His extensive technical knowledge, leadership skills, and commitment to customer service make him a trusted and highly respected member of the team.

Jacob Fox

Operations Manager

Jacob Fox began his career training and qualifying in management at Tesco's, developing strong leadership and operational expertise from an early stage. With a solid background in IT and a passion for technology, Jacob joined Soltech IT several years ago and has steadily progressed through the company.

Starting as a Junior Engineer rising through the ranks to become Operations Manager. Today, Jacob plays a key role in overseeing operations and ensuring Soltech IT continues to deliver exceptional support and service.

 Lee brings a wealth of certified qualifications to the business, along with also many years of experience dealing with prestigious  SME's, and Educational organisations.

As our Technical Director Lee is responsible for managing the technical direction of the business and our clients. In his role, Lee is also very much 'hands on' with our client base and project installations..
