September 2017 sees the introduction of a new position at Soltech IT, with the appointment of Luke Bowden, who becomes our new Service Delivery Manager.
As our Service Delivery Manager, Luke will act as the customer services interface between our sales divisions, project implementation teams and our support departments, ensuring the very highest levels of customer service are maintained. Luke will also be tasked with maintaining and delivering our high quality levels of services as the company up scales.
