Richard Sheppard
Founding Director


Richard founded Soltech IT in 2009. Today the company works with an extensive range of clients throughout the UK, including globally recognised organisations, such as, The University of Oxford, Taylor Wimpey and Costa Coffee.


Richard has over 30 years experience working within the IT industry and having previously worked for UK and international accountancy software and IT firms,

Jane Pruden

Finance and HR Director


Heading up our finance team at Soltech, Jane is responsible for ensuring the company's financial functions serve our internal requirements and our clients' needs.


Jane is certified by The Association of Accounting Technicians and has a wealth of experience in the use of financial systems including SIMS, FMS, XERO, PassFINANCE, Sage and QuickBooks to mention a few.

Adam Lane

Technical Director 


Working within the business and educational sectors for many years, Adam has been instrumental in harnessing the latest technology to innovate and deliver new and effective systems.

 

Prior to joining Soltech IT in 2011, Adam spent 12 years managing the IT systems and operations of Focus DIY's offices and stores throughout the United Kingdom.

Technical Manager


 Lee brings a wealth of certified qualifications to the business, along with also many years of experience dealing with prestigious  SME's, and Educational organisations.


As our Technical Manager, Lee is responsible for managing the technical direction of the business and our clients. In his role, Lee is also very much 'hands on' with our client base and project installations..

Gareth Jones

Sales Manager


Gareth has worked within the IT industry for most of his working life., with serval years experience managing SME, educational and corporate client accounts.


Drawing on his wide-ranging experience, Gareth leads the sales, marketing and account management aspect of the business with a primary focus upon meeting the required customer service and customer expectations.
