Going The Extra Mile During School Relocation
Keeping Learning on Track During Temporary Relocation

It’s always wonderful to receive positive feedback from our school partners — and even more so during challenging circumstances.
Recently, one of our local primary schools has temporarily relocated to a leisure centre while essential repair works are carried out at their main school site. We know that moving an entire school community is no small task. It requires flexibility, resilience, and a great deal of teamwork from school staff, pupils, and support services alike.
During this transition, our technicians were on site at the leisure centre to provide technical support and ensure everything was running smoothly for staff and pupils.
We were delighted to receive the following feedback from the school’s Head Teacher:
“I just want to feed back about the technicians who came to the Leisure Centre yesterday. Both were so helpful and patient with us and Max in particular was excellent.”
Comments like this mean a great deal to us. Supporting schools — especially when they are navigating unexpected changes — is at the heart of what we do. Ensuring that classrooms are connected, equipment works reliably, and staff feel confident using their systems is essential to maintaining continuity for pupils.
Relocating to a leisure centre brings unique challenges. Spaces are different, infrastructure needs adapting, and technology setups often require creative solutions. Our technicians worked closely with the school team to resolve issues quickly and calmly, helping to minimise disruption to learning.
We are particularly pleased to see Max recognised for his excellent support. Patience, professionalism, and a positive attitude can make all the difference in high-pressure situations, and this feedback reflects those values in action.
We would like to thank the Head Teacher for taking the time to share such kind words, and we extend our best wishes to the entire school community as the repair works continue.
We look forward to continuing to support them throughout this temporary relocation and welcoming them back to their school site once the works are complete.
