Digital Education Platform - Microsoft Teams

The DfE recently launched an initiative to help schools transition to remote learning platforms during the Coronavirus pandemic.

Subject to eligibility, the scheme offers grants of up to £2,000 to fund the implementation of the Digital Education Platform.

Primary schools in England with a partially provisioned or without a Microsoft Office 365 digital environment will be eligible for funding to help them implement a Digital Education Platform for a fixed cost of £1,500 per platform.

Schools in England in a Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) of up to 10 schools will be eligible for £1,000 per school to configure a MAT wide approach (single platform for the entire MAT).

To help assist schools with this transition Soltech IT has formed a working partnership with the Stone Group to deliver a fully implemented ‘Digital Education Platform’, that also includes 30 days free support.
