Operations Manager Neil Ford joins Soltech IT

Soltech IT are pleased to welcome our latest recruit Neil Ford to the Soltech IT team.

Neil will take up the new role of Operations Manager within the company and is tasked with further enhancing the overall levels of service Soltech IT provides to it's customers.

Adam Lane, Technical Director, Commented "Neil brings a wealth of IT, management and director level experience to Soltech IT, from both the education and commercial sectors, which fits uniquely with our business model".  "Neil's experience of setting up the operations and subsequent management of the European Certification Centre for Microsoft's XBox games console, speaks volumes."

Managing Director, Richard Sheppard also spoke of the vital role Neil will play as the business looks to expand. "As we look to more than double the size of the business over the next two and half years through acquisition and organic growth, it is essential that we have the right people in place to take the business forward. People like Neil who can implement new systems and procedures in advance and ensure the levels of service we pride ourselves upon are maintained.
