September 2017 sees the introduction of a new position at Soltech IT, with the appointment of Luke Bowden, who becomes our new Service Delivery Manager.
As our Service Delivery Manager, Luke will act as the customer services interface between our sales divisions, project implementation teams and our support departments, ensuring the very highest levels of customer service are maintained. Luke will also be tasked with maintaining and delivering our high quality levels of services as the company up scales.
“Luke joins us not just with a wide range of service delivery skills and experience but more importantly, fits the culture of our business. I am very much looking forward to working with him on our continuing journey to make Soltech IT, one of the most respected IT providers in the UK”, explained Adam Lane, Technical Director at Soltech IT.
The scheme provides grants of up to £600 for projects or events linked to the teaching or promotion of physics and engineering in schools and colleges based in the UK, catering for students in the age range five to 19.
Grants can be used to support a wide range of projects. You can apply for the grant for the organisation of a school based science week activity or extracurricular activities such as a science club. Alternatively, you might want organise a careers event or a visit from a working physicist or engineer.
Applications for projects taking place in spring 2018 need to be submitted by 1st November 2017.
