2025 will see Soltech IT continue to donate IT equipment to school's throughout the Southwest as part of our 'Giving Back To Schools' donation campaign.
We were delighted to be able to donate more than £15,000 of 65" and 75" Promethean ActivPanel Touchscreens to six local schools and MAT's.
Gareth Jones, commented "As a business it's great to be able to give something back to schools, be they a customer or not. Our most recent donations have helped transform the learning environments of pupils which is something we are very proud of."
These most recent donations have not only included a 65" or 75" Promethean ActivPanel Touchscreen, the schools have also received WiFi module upgrades, Android functionality, wall mounting brackets and relevant cables, plus delivery, removal / WEEE disposal of old equipment, installation and training, all as part of Soltech IT's donation.
That's around a £3,000 donation at each school or MAT.
Soltech IT - 2024 donations to schools campaign

At the start of the last academic year our 'Giving Back to Schools' campaign went that little step further with the donation of 12 months FREE It Support to 30 local schools. (For further information click here).
In the weeks that followed it was an absolute joy for us to be able to help and provide these donations to so many local schools. We were certainly overwhelmed by the feedback and kindness from the schools who have received these donations.
To that end, we have decided to kick off our 2024 donations to schools campaign early. That means schools can now receive a donation of 12 months FREE IT Support for local schools in the South West. Whilst there will be a limit to the number of schools we can make this generous donation available to, this time around we will not be putting a limit on the number of schools as we hope to be able to provide this donation to as many schools as possible as we enter 2024.
2024's 'Giving Back to Schools' campaign' will see Soltech IT donating 12 month's FREE IT support to non-customer primary schools in the BANES, Somerset, Bristol and Gloucestershire area's. Whilst existing school customers can receive a donation of a FREE Visitor Sign-In System.
