Seven New Recruits Join Soltech IT
Six Schools Receive 75" and 65" Promethean Touchscreen Donations from Soltech IT Ltd

2025 will see Soltech IT continue to donate IT equipment to school's throughout the Southwest as part of our 'Giving Back To Schools' donation campaign.
We were delighted to be able to donate more than £15,000 of 65" and 75" Promethean ActivPanel Touchscreens to six local schools and MAT's.
Gareth Jones, commented "As a business it's great to be able to give something back to schools, be they a customer or not. Our most recent donations have helped transform the learning environments of pupils which is something we are very proud of."
These most recent donations have not only included a 65" or 75" Promethean ActivPanel Touchscreen, the schools have also received WiFi module upgrades, Android functionality, wall mounting brackets and relevant cables, plus delivery, removal / WEEE disposal of old equipment, installation and training, all as part of Soltech IT's donation.
That's around a £3,000 donation at each school or MAT.
The Soltech IT team is expanding
Soltech IT is delighted to announce the recent appointments of seven further new members of staff.
Connaghr Dove joins Soltech IT as an IT Technician. Having previously worked as a Technical Support Manager and holding a number of formal IT qualifications, Connaghr is a welcome addition to the team.
Claire Smith takes up the position of accounts assistant Soltech IT. Claire has vast customer service and administrator experience having worked within the finance and admin divisions of Computershare for several years. Claire will work closely with our finance manger to lessen the burden, as the business expands and grows.
Leonie Gosden also joins Soltech IT's finance department taking up the role of finance assistant. Leonie brings a wealth of finance and admin experience to the company.
Scott Auchterlonie, Jon Heyel and Callum Auchterlonie - Three faces that will be familiar to some of our clients having joined Soltech IT from Help Me Help Me Ltd. Each of them are seasoned School IT Technicians with many year experience working within schools.
Jonathan (Jono) Mount will become Soltech IT's senior cabling and AV installer. In this exciting new role Jono will head-up the cabling and AV installations department, managing our existing installations teams, whilst also looking to expanded the department in line with Soltech IT's expansion.
