And when you need help remotely, you have access to our dedicated helpdesk. Your helpdesk request isn't simply waiting for an engineer who happens to be on another school's site to become available. It is logged, prioritised and dealt with by our support team.

One of the things that really sets Soltech IT apart is our Bursar and Business Manager service.

We can carry out detailed IT and asset audits and use this information to create budgeting, procurement, development and funding plans tailored to your school. This helps identify what you actually need, what can be retained, where costs can be reduced and when equipment should be replaced.

We also help schools identify potential grant funding opportunities, helping make limited budgets go further. Soltech IT has helped schools secure more than £1 million in grant funding since 2014.
